Golfer’s Guide was founded in 1982 by golfers and media professionals who saw the need for a nationally recognized brand that would provide up-to-date information on golf facilities, travel destinations and golf communities. Since that time, we have been in the business of connecting our thousands of North American golf industry clients with end consumers by adhering to our mission: Creating Marketing Solutions That Work.
We combine the traditional media and marketing experience of Golfer’s Guide with the new opportunities of the digital age. Whether your goal is to reach across the nation, across the street or across the counter, we have the marketing programs designed to meet those needs.
Golfer’s Guide headquarters are based on Hilton Head Island, a Lowcountry resort town located in Beaufort County, South Carolina. The island is situated 95 miles south of Charleston and 20 miles north of Savannah, Ga. With 12 miles of beachfront on the Atlantic Ocean, the island is a popular vacation destination. Each year it hosts the PGA Tour’s RBC Heritage golf tournament.
