We all remember when Vince Vaughn's character in Wedding Crashers brought us up to speed on Rule No. 6, which said: "Do not sit in the corner and sulk; it draws attention to you in a negative way, draw attention to yourself, but on your own terms." While donning the traditional, khaki, black or grey slacks that have been commonplace on the PGA Tour and at country clubs around the country for years isn't exactly sitting in the corner in sulking, it's not exactly original and is far from a bold statement. So if one of your goals on the golf course, other than breaking 100, is to draw attention to yourself in a good way, Loudmouth Golf might be your solution. Founded by Brown University graduate and successful freelance graphic designer Scott Woodworth, Loudmouth golf offers a diverse selection of pants and shorts in a number of wild patterns. Loudmouth also has a selection of belts and extras and has recently introduced custom jackets. Woodworth found himself uninspired by the typical khakis sported by the majority of players and set out to create something more exciting. He took some fabric with Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and company on golf carts on a powder blue background, and made himself a pair of golf pants of "questionable" taste. After a number of golfers approached him and inquired about how they could get their hands on pants like that, Loudmouth Golf was born. Today the company is recognized as the leading brand in outrageous, fun golf apparel for men. Loudmouth offers pants and shorts in a variety of patterns including stripes, solids (with colors like bubblegum and orange crush), Houndstooth, disco balls, plaids, patchwork and argyles. You can also purchase extras such as ball mark repairs and grips. For more information on Loudmouth Golf visit www.loudmouthgolf.com or call 1-800-390-5116. |

If they weren't sponsored touring professionals, the likes
of Ian Poulter, Camilo Villegas and Jesper Parnevik, who should be credited
with reviving the obnoxious pants fashion craze on the PGA Tour, would probably
go to Loudmouth Golf to get their duds. To be honest, it's a wonder Poulter isn't
Loudmouth's poster child because of his style and his tendency to stick his
foot directly into his own mouth.
