Falcon's Fire Golf ClubFor nearly 16 years, Falcon’s Fire Golf Club has consistently been recognized as one of the finest public golf courses in Orlando. In order to maintain the highest quality golf experience for their guests, the Club will be using this summer as an opportunity to renovate the course in an effort to return it to the championship quality that golfers have come to expect.

Some of Falcon's Fire's honors include being named “Best Public Course in Florida” in 2006 by Florida Monthly, one of “Florida’s 50 Finest Golf Courses” in 2000 by Golf & Travel and consistently receiving four stars from Golf Digest.

“We recognize that in order to be the best we have to continuously maintain the highest level of service for our guests which includes providing a top notch golf course with immaculate playing conditions,” said Kenny Winn, director of golf at Falcon’s Fire Golf Club, “Therefore we are excited for the final product following this process as we anticipate unveiling a ‘brand new’ golf course for our guests.”

The renovation will include enlarged greens, re-contouring and new TifEagle grass as well as bunker renovation and drainage.  The course plans to be re-introduced to the Orlando golfers on October 1, 2009.

During this time, the award-winning Golf Shop and driving range will remain open from dawn to dusk daily. The PGA Professional staff will be offering special game improvement packages and driving range specials throughout the summer months.
