Greens Renovations Nearly Complete at Falcon's Fire Golf Club

Falcon's Fire Golf ClubORLANDO – After a nearly three-month shut down, Falcon’s Fire Golf Club is making rapid progress in renovating all 18 greens and bringing the course back to the pristine, award-winning condition its renowned for amongst the Orlando golfing community.

The improvements to this Rees Jones Signature-designed championship golf course include brand new TifEagle putting greens, enlarged bunkers and improved irrigation and drainage. The larger, more visible bunkers will require more strategic shot selection while the new TifEagle turf will provide faster, smoother and more consistent putting surfaces than ever before. 

“In order to maintain a reputation for excellence and provide our guests with the best golfing experience, we have to continuously maintain the highest level of service which includes providing an exceptional golf course with immaculate playing conditions," said Kenny Winn, director of golf at Falcon's Fire Golf Club, "Therefore we are very excited with the results of this renovation process and we anticipate unveiling a 'brand new' golf experience for our guests on Oct. 1st."

For nearly 16 years Falcon's Fire Golf Club has consistently been recognized as one of the finest public golf courses in Orlando.  Some of their honors included being named “Best Public Course in Florida” in 2006 by Florida Monthly, one of “Florida’s 50 Finest Golf Courses” in 2000 by Golf & Travel and consistently receiving four stars from Golf Digest
