Indiana Golf Foundation Announces Scholarship Recipients

$30,000 in College Scholarships Awarded

Indiana Golf FoundationThe Indiana Golf Foundation annually awards scholarships of up to $30,000 to deserving high school seniors pursuing a college education.

The purpose is to encourage and promote the attainment of higher education for those who have actively participated in the game of golf while excelling in academics.

The Lynn B. Shonk and IGF Scholarships are available to any juniors who have participated in the Pepsi Indiana Junior Golf Program, and the David E. Simon Scholarships are available to anyone who has been employed at a golf facility.

All applicants must be nominated in writing by their high school golf coach or a PGA Professional and must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 grading scale or a 9.0 or higher on a 12.0 grading scale.
