Current Golf Course: Otter Creek

We asked Chad a quick question...
Why do you love the game of golf?
He answered... “Golf may be one the of simplest games ever created. Hit a ball from one spot to another. The physical coordination it takes to hit a golf ball is not all that demanding! However, the mental ability to control your own actions over the course of a round of golf may be the most demanding of all sports. The mental side of the game is why golf is the greatest game ever played. That’s why I love the game of golf.”

We asked Chip a quick question...
What makes golf such a special game?
He answered... “Golf is so special because of the people in the game. There is no better way to make a friend than playing a round of golf with them. This is one of the main reasons golf has been used for business so successfully for so many years. One of the most enjoyable aspects of being a PGA golf professional is the time spent listening to groups tell stories after their rounds of golf and getting to know the players that frequent our facilities. There are so many great people playing in our men’s and ladies groups and interacting with them is always special. Golf is also special because it is one of the few sports that can be played for a lifetime. We have golfers from as young as five to golfers over the age of 90 playing at our facilities. “
