Paul Azinger to Promote New Book at Jacksonville International Airport

2008 Ryder Cup Captain Paul AzingerProfessional golfer and author Paul Azinger will be debuting his new book Cracking the Code at the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) on May 5 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Although the national release date of Cracking the Code is set for May 18th, Azinger will be on site at JAX promoting and signing copies in front of the PGA Tour Shop located in the airport terminal’s main courtyard.

Cracking the Code gives readers a behind the scenes look at the strategy that ultimately helped America’s top golfers win the 2008 Ryder Cup. The Wall Street Journal hailed the strategy as “a novel, multi-faceted team-building strategy that worked to perfection and which might provide an intriguing management model for business.”

Azinger teamed up with his friend, clinical therapist and relationship specialist Dr. Ron Braund to co-author Cracking the Code, which will be released to the public in May.

“Golf plays a vital role in the Jacksonville community and many golf enthusiasts will be traveling through our airport on their way to The Players Championship next week,” said Michael Stewart, director of external affairs at the Jacksonville Aviation Authority. “We are proud to show our support for the sport as well as the TPC by hosting Paul Azinger’s book signing.”

Azinger will be available for questions about his new book and his career, as well his endorsement of the Bionic Glove, which he used during his 2009 season.

Azinger who has had numerous PGA Tour victories also authored the book, "Zinger," about is his fight against cancer. He has finished 1st on the PGA Tour 12 times and ranks 55th in career earnings on the PGA Tour.
