Siena Golf Club Is Voted Nevada's Finest

Siena Golf ClubThe Nevada Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) selected Summerlin’s Siena Golf Club as their 2009 Nevada Course of the Year. The “Course of the Year” Award honors a member that demonstrates four criteria:

1.) exceptional quality of course
2.) exceptional quality of ownership and management
3.) outstanding contributions to the community and

4.) significant contributions to the game.

“We are very excited to be the recipient of this award,” said Tony Lenzie, director of golf and GM of Siena Golf Club. “It truly shows the dedication and hard work of every employee of our facility and for that, I am very proud.”

Siena was selected based on the aforementioned criteria and specifically, for their efforts in turf reduction resulting in less water use in the Las Vegas Valley as well as their support for local boys and girls high school golf.
