Action Heats Up on Day 3 of Shark Shootout

It's 10:30 a.m. on the 9th Hole at the Shark Shootout. What a perfect day for golf. Not a cloud in the sky and everyone in short sleeves. Looks like it'll be another beautiful day.

Great second shot by Ricky Fowler. Crowd waiting to see his outfit for today. It's blue and white from head-to-toe. It's interesting to listen to the things talked about by the fans.

While waiting for the McDowell/Clarke--Kuchar/Norman group, the crowd near the green was entertained by an astute five-year-old boy named Mikey. He posed a very interesting question to us:

"Is there a golf course in Bethlehem?"

Crowd was buzzing but no one could come up with an answer. By the way, Mikey plays golf with three clubs - driver, wedge and putter.

Nice birdie by Chris DiMarco to go to 8-under after nine holes.

Fred Funk's second shot rolled down the cart path and finally settled in a drain. Fred drew a round of laughter from the fans as he asked for suggestions on playing it out of the pine straw. He and Kenny Perry are 15-under  after nine holes.

Ian Poulter looking quite dapper in his subdued blue/gray pants. Perfect line for the 30+ men.

What a chip shot by Anthony Kim on 18 for a birdie! Drew quite a round of applause from an appreciative group.
