Breton Tabbed as Food and Beverage Director at Spanish Wells

Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club has announced the appointment of James E. Breton as the new Food and Beverage Director. 

Working in an Italian restaurant during high school led to Breton's interest to earn a B.S. in Professional Studies from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. 

As executive chef at Mandalay Four Seasons Hotel in Dallas, Texas, he had the unique privilege to assist Wolfgang Puck on made-for-tv cooking classes.

Breton's private club experience includes a stint as executive chef at the Houston Club in Texas and executive chef/food and beverage director at the Nashua (New Hampshire) Country Club. 

For 12 years before moving his family to Florida, he owned and operated “Prochefs Restaurant and Catering” in Hudson, N.H., selling the business in two days.

Breton has been well received by the members at Spanish Wells with the high quality products, excellent preparation and presentation of food as well as improved staff training and management. He's taken the culinary experience to a new, top-tier level.
