Dustin Cone leads the Coors Light Open Tournament at Fort Myers Country ClubCone was the leader in the club house Saturday and held that lead for most of the day in 25 mph winds and beautiful Florida sun.

Damon Green also carded a 66 to tie Cone.

Winds were extremely powerful as Cone hit drive 7 iron to 8 feet on the final 510 yard par 5 18th, leaving his Eagle putt on the edge of the cup he walked away with birdie and an excellent round for the day.

Play continues Sunday with Cone going off at 1:05 pm.

The top prize for the tournament is a big goal for both leading players.

Cone is a 28 year old former Purdue player. He has spent close to 4 years on the Fuzion Minor League Golf Tour.

Damon Green is a former tour caddy for Zach Johnson.  Green is 50 years old.  He missed playing on the Champions Tour this year by a couple shots.
