Ian Coleman Named Director of Golf Sales at Bonita Bay East

Ian ColemanNAPLES – Ian Coleman has been named director of golf sales at Bonita Bay East, home to two Tom Fazio-designed championship golf courses now available for daily-fee play.

The 1,400-acre non-residential golf facility has been one of the region’s most sought-after golf experiences since it opened as a private club in 1997. The two courses wind through open areas, marsh and woodland and past cypress stands where players often see wild turkey, marsh birds, rabbits and white tailed deer.

In recognition of its exceptional environmental setting the facility was the first 36-hole facility in the world to achieve Audubon International Signature Sanctuary status. 
Coleman has more than 14 years of experience in golf club marketing and membership sales including serving as director of membership at Shadow Wood Country Club and The Commons Club at The Brooks.

In his new position he will be responsible for marketing the courses and practice facilities to golf enthusiasts and hospitality and golf industry partners and increasing awareness of Bonita Bay East’s new daily play status.
A graduate of Bryant and Stratton College in Buffalo, N.Y., Coleman is a member in good standing of the Club Managers Association of America, Membership Directors Association of Southwest Florida and Professional Convention Management Association.
