KemperSports To Manage Old Corkscrew Golf Club

Old Corkscrew Golf ClubThe owners of Old Corkscrew Golf Club in Estero, Fla., have selected KemperSports to operate their Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, learning center and clubhouse, which is located 16 miles south of Ft. Myers, Fla. Old Corkscrew is situated amid 275 acres of woodland that is carved from natural terrain of native oaks, towering pines and indigenous vegetation.

Since opening in 2007, Old Corkscrew Golf Club has received numerous accolades including ranking among Golf Digest's Best New Courses as well as being named Florida Golf Course of the Year in 2008 by the National Golf Course Owners Association. The club is also registered as an Audubon Certified Sanctuary.

This leads to unparalleled serenity and privacy throughout the entire course. Old Corkscrew offers both long and short-term membership packages as well as public access.

Old Corkscrew Golf Club joins a distinguished list of Jack Nicklaus Signature clubs in the KemperSports portfolio including Country Club of the North in Beavercreek, Ohio, and the highly-anticipated Golf Club at Harbor Shores in Benton Harbor, Mich., which is slated to open in July 2010.
