GPS Inforemer Announced
GPS Inforemer to be Outfitted on All Power Cars at Deer Creek North, Deer Creek South and Glen Cedars Golf Club
The 2007 season is fast approaching and Deer Creek Golf Clubs is pleased to announce the addition of all new Club Car Power Cars for the start of the season. Additionally, all cars at Deer Creek North, Deer Creek South and Glen Cedars, will be outfitted with a new GPS, the Inforemer-HD System.

The acquisition of this system will enable Deer Creek and Glen Cedars to substantially enhance communications between guests and the club staff, while offering higher service levels. As a bonus for golfers, Deer Creek is also implementing GPSI’s popular “Fire at the Flag” hole-in-one program, which allows daily fee players to shoot for a Grand Prize Jackpot of more than one-million dollars.

The Inforemer-HD GPS System features an integrated Wi-Fi communications network and a comprehensive suite of software applications and revenue generating modules. Central to the system’s functionality are the company’s award-winning display units, delivering the most powerful on-course advertising opportunities in the golf industry.

Golfers at Deer Creek and Glen Cedars, will now have immediate accurate access to each holes’ layout, distance to pin and hazards. The system has a number of options for the golfer, by simply navigating through the menu bars. Alternatively, the system runs alone and maintains constant communication with distance and hole information to the golfer, without requiring the golfer to touch any buttons!

Deer Creek Golf Clubs Announces a Brand New Corporate Golf Membership!
Maintaining the focus of the golf course operation on serving and supporting business development on and off the golf course, Deer Creek has developed another tool for businesses to advance their relationships. The introduction of the Corporate Golf Membership shows the ingenious ideas that are flowing from the team at Deer Creek.

This membership is the first of its kind. It offers the company golfing privileges at any of our golf courses, without requiring the naming of certain management or employees who will use the membership. The membership can be purchased for 1 to 4 people and can be used by any employee and/or client of the company. The membership is valid Monday through Friday, without time restrictions. It provides a 14 day advance tee time booking and gives the company charging privileges at any of our shops and restaurants.

Glen Cedars Golf Club Renovations
Glen Cedars Golf Club Gets a Complete Overhaul This Winter!

The 2007 season will bring many new and exciting changes once again for Glen Cedars Golf Club. Last year, efforts were concentrated on the golf course itself. All the cart paths have been paved throughout the entire course and seven tee decks were rebuilt and expanded.

This winter the focus was switched to the interior of our clubhouse. The entire main level is now under renovation. This spring, Glen Cedar's doors will open to a new lounge, dining area, furniture, flooring, lighting, audio system and completely renovated bathrooms. These improvements will showcase the exceptional golf course.
