Tiger to play Bay Hill

On the heels of shooting his lowest career final-round score in a PGA TOUR event, Tiger Woods has committed to compete in one of his favorite events.

Woods has won the prestigious event hosted by Palmer on six occasions, a tournament record. His last win on the Championship Course at the Bay Hill Club & Lodge came in 2009.

"Certain courses fit your eye, and this is one of them," said Woods, 36, who now lives in Jupiter. "I can see my lines on the greens and the fairways set up well for shaping my shots. I've always enjoyed playing there."
The 2012 edition of the Arnold Palmer Invitational Presented by MasterCard is scheduled for March 23-29 with Martin Laird defending his title against what is shaping up to be a strong field.
