and impervious slopes of the Banfi estate in Montalcino, Tuscany.
LeRime: Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay are nurtured to
perfection in select hillside vineyards of the Banfi estate in
Montalcino, Tuscany. The grapes are gently pressed, followed by
vinification "in bianco," or "off the skins" at low temperatures in
stainless steel resulting in a delightfully harmonious wine. Le Rime,
pale wine with a crisp finish replete with refreshing acidity.
Fumaio: This unique, well-rounded Tuscan Cuvée offers vibrant
melon and apricot flavors, with a crisp, long finish. Fumaio has a
light straw color with a fresh and intense bouquet of fruit. Served
chilled, Fumaio pairs well with seafood salads, rice dishes and pasta
